The worst customer service of any merchant I've ever purchased from!!! Received software with a known defect. Also, ordered another particular software package and received the wrong software. Have tried constantly since receiving the software, to contact customer service....numerous emails, online chat doesn't work, can't reach anyone by phone. In the meantime, the defective software damaged my computer and had to have it completely restored. Haven't been able to return the other software ...

The only issue I have is with their shipping charges, which if you buy over $50.00 is free, but if you upgrade your shipping, they don't credit the free shipping towards your upgrade. For example, if you purchase a $100 worth of product, you get free snail mail shipping, but if you upgrade to priority mail, it costs you $10-15 extra. Another software site where I purchase items also has free shipping over $50, but when I upgrade the shipping to priority mail it only costs me $5.95. Other then ...
