Excellent vendor. Although I had a little problem loading the software, the issue was at my end and had nothing to do with Purplus. I resolved the problem and the software is working wonderfully.

I purchased a downloadable version of Kaspersky Internet Security (3 computer license). I was a little surprised when the delivery email stated that I was to download the trial version found on the company site and would just receive the security code for my purchase. Since I already had an expired trial version on my computer I simply activated the subscription when I received the license code the next day by email. Everything worked as promised and the license subscription unexpectedly turned ...

I am very happy with the products I ordered. I\\'m not so happy that it took almost a month to receive from order date. The customer service stinks, they have a phone number if you search for it, but don\\'t bother because no one will answer the phone anyway. I wouldn\\'t have ordered from them had I known, nor will I again. One other thing I\\'m a bit angry with Paypal and Yahoo, for allowing such behavior by a vendor, that uses there services and ultimately there own reputations.
