Electronic Delivery
Within 24 hours of purchase, we will email you the information needed to install thesoftware program such as license number, keycode, and valid download link. If purchased over the weekend, it will be emailed on the following Monday.
There is no shipping fee for downloads.
For Kaspersky you will be given a trial link after purchase and a keycode within 24 hours.

CD Only / CD with Keycode
CD only in paper sleeve (usually electronic files or help menu in the CD) / CD
Only with keycode is the same but the authentic keycode is
included with the software.

OEM
OEM refers to Original Equipment Manufacturer packaging. OEM is
software that was intended to be sold as part of an bulk shipment
but has been split up for resale (the text on the CD face might
display this same information). The OEM products are of the same
quality and often carry the same manufacturer warranty as their
retail counterparts (the single-pack). Unless otherwise noted OEM titles ship as CD Only.

DVD Case
CD or DVD is shipped in a DVD Case (similar to movie rental cases) and can
contain paper inserts but may not contain a manual.

Color CD Card Pack
CD is encased in a tri- (or bi) fold full color cardboard sleeve. Does not contain paper manual, but does
contain help files on CD.

AE / EDU
Abbreviations stand for "Academic" version. Functionally identical to the Full Retail version, the software usually comes with
full retail box, manuals, and registration. Also called "Student
/ Teacher Edition," by some manufacturers. Possible limitations
on upgrades.
